Cyclexperience Fast Track Online Reservation System
The online system allows customers to prepay for bike hire and ensures we will hold the bikes until you arrive. Our online booking facility is not live data and as such any booking placed on the server is considered a ‘Booking Request’. We will contact you by phone, email or text to confirm your booking and subsequently authorise payment to be taken from your credit card. If you have not heard from us, then please call 01590 624204 or 01590 623407 to check on the status of your booking. Booking online also saves time in not having to queue for payment on the day; however, you will still need to queue to be given the bikes at busy periods as we have to serve each group in turn. For your information, Bank Holiday Sundays are the busiest days and bookings should be made well in advance. If you cancel your booking, we can only refund payments given 48 hours notice but still have to withhold 10% to cover administration costs. Alternatively, you can reschedule your booking without charge given 24 hours notice.

Bike Deliveries
When booking, use the 'More Information' box to provide your details or call 01590 623407/624204 to arrange local delivery of hire bikes. For a minimum of 4 units, we can deliver for free (4 bikes or 1 bike for 4 days etc) within a 6 mile radius of Brockenhurst and given at least 24 hours notice . Please note that when delivering bikes, we cannot guarantee to supply a traffic-free trail or the optimum size of bike. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee deliveries on Bank Holiday weekends or some other peak holiday periods.
We supply bikes to many national and local companies who arrange CORPORATE EVENTS which include cycling and other land and water based activities.
