Arrival times & parking - on popular days, there will be queues of around 20 mins between 10 am and 12.30 pm. Cheap rate parking starts at 10 am, a number plate recognition is in place so please pay via RingGo app by midnight the same day.
Late arrivals & last minute bookings - you don't need to call us If you have paid online but arriving late. You can book up to 2 hrs before arrival.
Busy Periods - our booking system is the best way to get availability info and get the bikes you want. If we don't have spare bikes please call and we'll get you on our waiting list.
Trailers - we try to prepare these in advance, please add a note to the booking telling us which bike needs the trailer.
Part-day hire & discounts - we offer a 25% discount for part day hire - this can't be booked and is only available after 2:30 pm. 10% off for 2 days, 25% off for 3+ days. If collecting late on day 1, book from your 2nd day and ask us if a 5 pm collection is possible to avoid the first-day cost.

The brands we work with for e-bikes are Giant, Trek and Focus. They use the best battery and motor providers such as Bosch e-bike systems.
Main parts we check before we let a bike go:
1. Battery
Most manufacturers anticipate the battery of an electric bike will gain maximum efficiency of up to a thousand charges. Our bikes have from hundred to two hundred charges on the clock.
They are well travelled, but have been well loved & the local area is flat so they still work as new. We maintain all bikes professionally with regular software updates.
2. Chain check
We check the wear on the transmission and we replace it if it is more than half-way through its life. To check the chain, we use a special digital chain checker.
3. Warranty
We want you to feel in safe hands - all our electric ex-hire bikes come with guaranteed 6-month warranty! You can always get in touch with us with any issues or if you need advice on maintaining your electric bike.
